本公司经过21年的努力，已经成为新一代的家政公司。天域家政聘请港人为顾问，采用港式管理，信誉可靠，现本公司位于罗湖区太宁路147号1栋207室。迄今，本公司登记保姆及钟点工人数近过万。

回顾：
自本公司成立以来，经过2008年金融海啸、欧债危机及2020年新冠病毒疫情，期间全球陷入经济不景气，中国难以独善其身，国内各行各业经营大为困难，很多企业工厂倒闭结业或停摆，全国经济受影响。天域家政（原天宝家政）面对如此艰难的时刻，发展虽然稍有阻碍，但却把握机会将资源集中于人力之培训及优化公司管理制度。为今天打好扎实的基础，做到安于内、诚于中、形于外。本公司至今依然保持一贯宗旨，为客户提供优质的服务，这就是我们公司的追求和目的。
管理：
天域家政用一站式、垂直式管理模式，保姆包吃、包住、包终身、包体检、包保险。保姆亦由本公司员工培训，从思想、技能方面着手，提高保姆的心理素质和实践能力，在汰弱留强的筛选下成为优秀的保姆。另外，所有保姆都经过公安网站核实身份及指定医院检查，保证身份真实无误，这就是我们对客户的承诺。本公司对保姆采用「自由、开放」的管理，所以深得她们信赖、形成一个庞大的输送网络。至于员工方面的培训，更为严谨，定期组织训练小组、提高员工的领悟力、凝聚力、领导力与说服力，从而培养他们的管理能力、自信、创意、希望每个员工都能提升至更高层次，为踏进管理阶层做好准备之余，更为公司未来发限注入新动力、塑造公司为新一代的家政公司。

History:
Since its inception, Sky Wide weathered the financial crisis in 2008, Eurozone crisis as well as the COVID-19 situation during which China was no exception from global economic downturn. With businesses shutdowns and factories closure nationwide, Sky Wide took the opportunity to groom the talents when business growth was inevitably slowed down. As to staff training, it is all about meticulous planning.
